主讲人介绍：

Hans Ivar Skjelbred （寒思睿）earned his MSc in Physics from NTNU, Trondheim in 2004. Since then he worked at SINTEF Energy Research responsible for optimization of networks with multiple energy carriers (gas, heat, electricity, etc.) and long-term models for energy system studies and hydropower scheduling. He is in charge of short-term hydropower scheduling tools, including managing the development team at SINTEF, close contact with around 25 companies using the models, SHOP – currently operational deterministic scheduling tool and SHARM – prototype multi-market stochastic scheduling tool, since 2013.

Jiehong Kong （孔洁宏）earned　her Ph.D. in Optimization from Norwegian School of Economics, Bergen, Norway in 2012. She works as Scientist researcher in short-term hydro scheduling since 2013
